well, hie all..so, monday all the councillors better have a neat hairstyle for boys and short or tied up hair for girls...guys, no tapered pants..no dyed hair...guys ur hair shudn't be touching ur ears and collar....well i'm trying to be strict here...if i see whats not expected from me, then the scissors might be involved...i'm doing this bcoz got "SOMEBODY" complained that i didn't do my duty....see u ppl on monday..
